These neighborhoods are among Buckhead’s most charming and were both founded in the early 1900s to serve as a connection between Buckhead and Atlanta.
With its proximity to Buckhead, there are hundreds of stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of Peachtree Hills and Garden Hills.
The area is not simply a commercial zone with houses scattered throughout. There are several parks, including Peachtree Hills Park, Garden Hills Park, Frankie Allen Park, Alexander Park and Sunnybrook Park. Thanks to its cozy tree-lined streets and green spaces, it’s easy to forget that you’re actually in the city.
Schools in the area include Garden Hills Elementary, Sutton Middle School and North Atlanta High School. There are also a variety of daycare and preschools in the area.
I’ve worked with sellers and buyers in both Peachtree Hills and Garden Hills and know the area well. Contact me today to learn more about these Atlanta neighborhoods.
